previous history, difficulty breathing, wheezing, difficulty taking in full sentences, increased breathing rate

How do you treat asthma
keep them calm and reassure them, get them to use their inhaler, let them sit in a position that is comfy for them, make sure they do not lie down, if it is a mild attack it should ease in minutes, if not ask the casualty to use the inhaler again, dial 911 for an ambulance if the attack worsens or if the casualty has difficulty talking

How do you treat an ashma casualty if he/she becomes unresponsive
open airway and check for breathing, if they are breathing place them in recovery position. Monitor breathing and level of response until help arrives.
If casualty is not breathing begin resuscitation
